2012 Meeting Schedule
All meetings are held in the Theatrette on the second floor of the WPC Building in Wellington St. The meetings will be held on the second Tuesday every month commencing February to December. They commence with a business meeting at 10:00 AM. The Guest Speaker commences at 10:30 AM and finishes before 11:30 AM, when we have morning tea. We have to vacate the venue by Noon so there is time for a ‘chat’.

Christmas Meeting - Join with fellow members for a social 'cuppa' and a bite to eat.
The May meeting is our Annual General Meeting. All positions are declared vacant and an election is held to fill the positions. There is a President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer. In addition there is a Committee of 6 people.
The December meeting is a Christmas morning tea. This is a social occasion with plenty to eat lots of people to chat too. Members make a special effort to attend this meeting.
